Frequently asked questions
Can I own a Qatar company while living in Japan?
Yes. We help plan local premises and personnel so that genuine operating substance can be assessed under Japanese tax rules.
How many visits are required?
Residency and bank procedures require at least [TBC visits / days]. Registration and licensing can proceed before travel.
How does Qatar compare with Dubai?
The market is smaller than Dubai, with fewer Japanese support providers. We see potential for stores serving affluent Gulf customers and expatriates, subject to local demand assessment.
Can buying property provide residency?
In designated areas, purchases of at least QAR 730,000 can qualify for renewable residency; QAR 3,650,000 can qualify for benefits comparable to permanent residency. Registered providers handle property brokerage.
